The company if founded by Tanzanians and operates within and outside the country. Its permanent office is in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania located at Plot No. 30, Shekilango Road, Sinza-Madukani, Ubungo District.

Dr Ronald Boniphace Ndesanjo
Dr. Ronald Boniphace Ndesanjo holds a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Assessment and Management from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He has over 15 years of research and consulting experience in Climate Change and the Environment, Natural Resources Management, and Sustainable Development. Dr. Ndesanjo is a registered Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) expert (NEMC/EIA 0191) with the National Environmental Management Council (NEMC) of Tanzania. He has worked for 12 years since 2010 for the Institute of Development Studies, University of Dar es Salaam. He also served as Deputy Director and later Acting Director for the same Institute between 2018 and 2021. Before joining the University of Dar es Salaam, Dr. Ndesanjo served as a Research Associate for the Resilience Ecology Programme of the Aga Khan University based in Nairobi-Kenya from 2009 to 2010.
